- Access and Use of the API
- Subject to these Terms, Navigatr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Navigatr API solely for the purpose of integrating and interacting with the Navigatr services in accordance with Navigatr's documentation.
- You agree not to misuse or abuse the API, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the API.
- Valid Provider Agreement Required
- All clients and providers using the Navigatr API must have a valid provider agreement in place directly with Navigatr. This agreement is a prerequisite for accessing or using the Navigatr APIs. No third party is authorized to sign this agreement on behalf of Navigatr, nor can the agreement be subcontracted or assigned to a third party without explicit written consent from Navigatr.
- API Credentials
- In order to access the API, you must obtain API credentials from Navigatr. You agree to keep your API credentials confidential and not to share them with unauthorized parties.
- You are solely responsible for any activity conducted under your API credentials. Notify Navigatr immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your credentials.
- Data Privacy and Security
- Your use of the API is subject to Navigatr's Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations in your use of the API.
- You shall implement appropriate security measures to protect any data received or processed through the API and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or use.
- Intellectual Property
- Navigatr retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the API, including any updates, enhancements, or modifications thereto.
- You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your data and any content you transmit through the API.
- Modifications
- Navigatr may modify, suspend, or discontinue the API, or any part thereof, at any time without liability.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Navigatr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the API.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Great Britain.
